Whether you are a recently admitted lawyer establishing your career, an experienced practitioner seeking greater responsibility and client exposure, or a senior lawyer interested in contributing to the development of a practice area, we are interested in hearing from people whose experience, ambitions and professional interests align with our firm.
While we may not always have an advertised vacancy in your particular area of practice, we welcome expressions of interest from lawyers who would like to be considered for current or future opportunities with ARL.

Who We Would Like to Hear From
We are interested in lawyers at different stages of their careers who demonstrate strong legal capability, commercial judgement and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality work.
This may include:
- recently admitted and junior lawyers seeking meaningful work, strong professional development and early responsibility;
- associates and senior associates looking for greater client exposure, matter responsibility and career progression; and
- experienced practitioners who can bring established expertise, client relationships or complementary capabilities to the firm, and who may be interested in taking a broader role in the development of a practice area.
We are particularly interested in lawyers whose experience or interests align with one or more of our practice areas, including corporate and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, litigation and dispute resolution, real estate and construction, employment, insolvency, regulatory matters, intellectual property, tax and related specialist areas.
